Administrative Coordinator for Engineering Consulting Company
We are looking for a structured and self-driven administrative resource for our client, an established engineering consulting company in the field of community building, providing land and property-related services. They support both public and private clients in projects related to infrastructure, property development, and planning.
The company consists of approximately 25 employees with its headquarters in Nacka, Stockholm. The organization also collaborates closely with support functions in Denmark and is characterized by a stable operation, short decision-making paths, and a family-like working environment.
About the Role
As an administrative coordinator, you will relieve the business of ongoing administrative tasks and serve as an important support in daily operations. You will work based on clear routines and instructions, and always have access to support from the organization. You will also assist and work with the business manager.
Responsibilities
Finance and Administration
- Manage customer payments and reminders
- Supplier ledger, including OCR scanning and invoice accounting
- Prepare payment files for the bank
Office Services and Communication
- Phone handling
- Management of shared email inbox
- Ordering office supplies
- Booking travel and hotels
Other
- Ongoing ad hoc tasks related to office administration
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in administrative work, preferably in finance
- Is meticulous, structured, and service-oriented
- Is self-driven, proactive, and unpretentious
- Enjoys independent work and takes responsibility
- Has good system skills (experience with financial systems is a plus, but not a requirement)

The assignment is expected to start immediately and last until the end of the year, with a workload of approximately 20–25 hours per week. The position is located at the client's office in Nacka, with the possibility of a hybrid solution. This is a consulting assignment conducted through Adecco.
